Driving sustainable outcomes for Australia's used tyres is our priority.

We run the national and voluntary Tyre Product Stewardship Scheme (TPSS) to help reduce the environmental, health and safety impacts of tyres which reach their end of life in Australia.

Porsche dealers have shown support for the responsible disposal of used tyres by signing up with Tyre Stewardship Australia (TSA) and becoming the newest Member of the Tyre Product Stewardship Scheme.  This environmental pledge by Porsche is testament to their approach towards end-of-life tyres in Australia.

This commitment will see Porsche dealers across the country ensure used tyres are collected and disposed of by a TSA accredited participant.

Frank Markus, Porsche Business Development Manager, said that Porsche is proud to demonstrate commitment towards the sustainable management of end-of-life tyres.

“In joining TSA, Porsche is showing leadership towards sustainable practices for used tyres.  We congratulate Porsche for taking this important initiative to drive positive environmental outcomes,” CEO of TSA, Lina Goodman said.

Porsche will contribute a levy based on all new vehicles sold into Australia and will also join Bridgestone, Continental, Goodyear, Kumho, Michelin, Pirelli, Toyo, Yokohama and Volkswagen as a TSA financially contributing member.
