What we do

Driving sustainable outcomes for Australia's used tyres is our priority.

We run the national and voluntary Tyre Product Stewardship Scheme (TPSS) to help reduce the environmental, health and safety impacts of tyres which reach their end of life in Australia.

Retaining Walls, Crane Platforms & Erosion Protection

Ecoflex is an innovative civil construction system that repurposes quality-assessed end-of-life tyres into structural building blocks with proven engineering benefits. By capitalising on the long life, flexibility and strength of tyres, Ecoflex products provide a safe, durable and sustainable alternative to conventional materials in heavy-duty infrastructure settings.

Ecoflex units are manufactured using patented processes that transform whole or compressed tyres into engineer-certified containment structures suitable for challenging environments and load-bearing applications.

Proven applications include:

  • Retaining walls and slope stabilisation
  • Crane platforms and piling support
  • Access roads and hard stand areas
  • Pavement sub-base reinforcement
  • Erosion protection in waterways, drains, and spillways
  • Drop structures to manage water flow and reduce scour

These systems have been used in civil and commercial construction projects across Australia and internationally. Their modular design and mechanical interlock system provide fast installation, design flexibility, and structural reliability, particularly on difficult terrain or in areas prone to erosion or instability.

Ecoflex demonstrates how smart engineering and recycled materials can work together to solve real-world infrastructure challenges—delivering circular outcomes without compromising on performance.
