What we do

Driving sustainable outcomes for Australia's used tyres is our priority.

We run the national and voluntary Tyre Product Stewardship Scheme (TPSS) to help reduce the environmental, health and safety impacts of tyres which reach their end of life in Australia.

Tyre Stewardship Australia (TSA) operates as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, governed by a Constitution that outlines the structure, responsibilities and rules of our organisation.

The Constitution defines TSA’s purpose, membership categories, governance processes, voting rights, and the role of our Board of Directors.

It sets out how TSA delivers on its objectives under the national Tyre Product Stewardship Scheme—promoting sustainable outcomes for end-of-life tyres and supporting industry-led change. It also details our commitment to transparency, ethical conduct, and responsible decision-making.

Download the Constitution to learn more about how TSA operates and how members, directors and stakeholders are represented within the Scheme.

Tyre Stewardship Australia acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land and waterways on which we live, work, and depend.
