Ciara Binion

Business Development Manager

Ciara Binion is a business development professional with more than eight years’ experience across marketing, project management, social enterprise and stakeholder communications. As Business Development Manager at Tyre Stewardship Australia (TSA), she helps advance Australia’s circular tyre economy by identifying opportunities for market growth, guiding funding towards commercially viable projects, and connecting the innovators and industry partners turning end-of-life tyres into high-value products.

Ciara joined TSA in 2024 and is known for her curiosity and collaborative approach. She helps connect stakeholders with opportunities, funding and knowledge that support circular economy outcomes.

Her earlier career spans marketing, digital communications, public relations and data analytics across the not-for-profit, social enterprise, education and recruitment sectors. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her role with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from RMIT, as well as sales and marketing experience working at Keypath Education, ESCP Business School and Meals with Impact.

Ciara's strengths sit in market development, stakeholder engagement, grant and partnership management, and in helping organisations rethink the possibilities within resource recovery and the circular economy.
