David Fraser

David Fraser was appointed an independent Director in July 2023 and now serves as Independent Chair of the Board, as well as a member of Tyre Stewardship Australia's People, Culture and Remuneration, and the Finance, Risk, Audit and Governance Committees. He is an accomplished Chair and Non-Executive Director with more than 25 years of CEO and board leadership, specialising in strategic growth, corporate governance and people and culture transformation across ASX-listed and private entities.

David has enjoyed a long career in the automotive industry, including as Group CEO of Capricorn Society, Australia and New Zealand's largest automotive co-operative, and senior leadership roles at ASX-listed Ausdrill and Coventry Group Ltd. In 2022 he was inducted into the AAAA Hall of Fame.

He is currently Chair of the WA Motor Industry Foundation, a Non-Executive Director of Good Sammy Enterprises and a Non-Executive Director of Major LB Pty Ltd. David holds an MBA, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has completed Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. He is also a Fellow of the AICD and Australian Institute of Management.
