Kurstin Browne

Kurstin Browne is an industry engagement and communications professional with more than 20 years’ experience across local and global stakeholder engagement, circular economy initiatives, event production and business development. As Industry Engagement Manager at Tyre Stewardship Australia (TSA), she works with tyre, recycling and mining industries, government and stewardship organisations to strengthen collaboration, accelerate tyre resource recovery and support Australia’s transition to a circular tyre economy.

Kurstin joined TSA in 2023 and is passionate about turning ideas into action and creating opportunities for stakeholders to connect around shared goals. She works closely with industry sectors to understand real-world challenges, identify barriers to change and uncover opportunities for collaboration.

Throughout her career, Kurstin has worked across strategy, event, business development, marketing communications, project management and stakeholder engagement.

Kurstin’s expertise spans industry engagement, marketing communications, campaign development, product stewardship and stakeholder collaboration. She is particularly experienced in facilitating partnerships, supporting off-the-road tyre sectors, developing engagement strategies and helping organisations communicate their circular economy achievements and opportunities.
