Lea Bertelle

Lea Bertelle is a sustainability and compliance professional with a background in public policy, environmental governance and evidence-based research. As Audit & Compliance Officer at Tyre Stewardship Australia (TSA), she supports the delivery of TSA’s national Accreditation & Compliance Program, helping maintain the integrity and transparency of Australia’s tyre product stewardship scheme.

Lea works across audit coordination, compliance monitoring, stakeholder engagement and reporting, supporting accountability and continuous improvement across the tyre supply chain. She is known for her analytical approach and ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical outcomes.

Holding a Master of Public Policy specialising in Environment and Sustainability, Lea joined TSA after working across sustainability research, consulting and environmental projects. She is passionate about advancing circular economy outcomes through evidence-based stewardship.

Lea’s expertise includes environmental compliance, product stewardship, data analysis, regulatory analysis, governance support and stakeholder engagement.
