Michelle Rodier

Accreditation Coordinator

Michelle Rodier is an accreditation and operations professional with more than 25 years’ experience across logistics, regulatory compliance, customer engagement and business process improvement. As Accreditation Coordinator at Tyre Stewardship Australia (TSA), she supports participants throughout their accreditation journey, helping organisations navigate the Tyre Product Stewardship Scheme and contribute to responsible tyre management across Australia.

Michelle joined TSA in 2020 and works closely with retailers, recyclers, fleet operators, local governments and other scheme participants to ensure they understand and maximise the benefits of accreditation. Known for her approachable and solutions-focused style, she helps build confidence in the Scheme by providing clear guidance, operational support and access to the resources participants need to succeed.

Throughout her career, Michelle has worked across logistics management, customer service, operations, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Michelle’s expertise spans accreditation processes, participant support, logistics, compliance, operations management and continuous improvement. She is particularly experienced in onboarding new scheme participants, maintaining accreditation standards and helping organisations implement responsible tyre stewardship practices.
