
Sara Butcher-Morrison is a compliance, governance and operational excellence professional with more than 20 years’ experience across regulatory compliance, quality assurance, risk management and organisational change. As Head of Accreditation & Compliance at Tyre Stewardship Australia (TSA), she leads the systems, standards and processes that underpin the Tyre Stewardship Scheme, helping ensure participants meet best-practice requirements and contribute to a credible, transparent circular tyre economy.
Sara joined TSA in 2023 and works closely with scheme participants, regulators and industry stakeholders to develop clear, consistent and measurable processes that build trust and accountability. Known for her practical and detail-oriented approach, she helps ensure TSA’s accreditation and compliance programs remain transparent, defensible and effective, while supporting organisations to achieve and maintain high standards.
Throughout her career, Sara has worked across compliance, governance, law enforcement, quality assurance, risk assessment and change management.
