Tammie Miller

Head of Market Development

Tammie Miller is a market development and circular economy professional with more than 20 years’ experience across recycling, manufacturing, resource recovery and product stewardship. As Head of Market Development at Tyre Stewardship Australia (TSA), she leads initiatives that help grow markets for tyre-derived materials, accelerate innovation and strengthen Australia's circular tyre economy.

Tammie joined TSA in 2019 and works closely with recyclers, manufacturers, local governments, environmental regulators and road authorities to identify practical opportunities for growth and collaboration. Known for her relationship-focused approach, she helps connect stakeholders with the knowledge, networks and funding needed to develop, test and commercialise solutions that increase tyre resource recovery.

Throughout her career, Tammie has built extensive experience across business development, manufacturing, supply chains, recycling, resource recovery and product stewardship. Her work focuses on supporting emerging markets, expanding recycling operations, fostering industry partnerships and advancing Australian-made tyre-derived material solutions.

Tammie’s expertise spans market development, business growth, research and commercialisation, tyre recycling and product stewardship.
