It is with gratitude that we farewell our Chair, David Spear, after nine transformative years of leadership, as we warmly welcome our incoming Chair, David Fraser.

David Spear’s tenure closes a challenging yet incredibly important chapter for TSA, and we thank him for his unwavering support and dedication to driving circular outcomes for Australia’s end-of-life tyres.

We are delighted to welcome David Fraser as TSA’s new Chair. With strong governance and compliance experience, and already a valued TSA director since 2023, David brings deep understanding of our strategy, our challenges and the opportunities ahead. We look forward to his leadership as TSA enters its next chapter.
