
Marissa Johnston leads the organisation's finance, risk, governance, IT and business operations functions. With more than 25 years' experience across finance, audit, risk management, corporate governance and business strategy, she plays a key role in ensuring TSA's financial sustainability, organisational effectiveness and governance integrity.
Since joining TSA in 2017, Marissa has delivered financial stewardship, risk oversight and analytical decision-support to the TSA Board and Finance, Risk, Audit & Governance (FRAG) Committee, to enable TSA to achieve sustainable outcomes across the tyre value chain. Marissa Chairs TSA's Information Security Committee and led the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification project, strengthening cyber resilience and governance capability across the organisation.
Known for her collaborative and evidence-based approach, Marissa oversees a broad portfolio spanning finance, corporate services and technology and supports people and culture, procurement and strategic projects. Marissa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is passionate about driving business excellence, strong governance and long-term value creation in support of Australia's circular economy.
